When i look at reviews, i am always quite sceptical. Looking for a new car after buying one with a false description, my paranoia was heightened and my confidence was shot- I came across Stradey Motor Company on Motors (car search site) and thought these reviews must be too good to be true. However, I decided to contact Richard and arrange a viewing. When arriving Richard was so friendly- He handed me they keys and literally said ' Go take it for a spin, take your time- ill see you when your back' I was taken back that he didn't want to come along, the transparency was there from the get go. The car was as described and in immaculate condition, with a new MOT and service. I decided to purchase and was even offered a cuppa whilst the paperwork was being done. The breaks needed doing- Richard did not hesitate in insisting i bring the car back down for him to do them for me for free. In addition to this, the car was having problems- Richard and his team of mechanics took time out of their evening to stay in the garage and fix the problem, so I could have the car back by the next morning. Again, with zero charge even with after hours labour. Richard goes above and beyond for all of his customers. It is so nice to know that there are still genuine, honest people in the car selling business; especially to this standard. I will be taking the car there for future services. If you see a car you like from Stradey Motor Company, i would 100% advise you going to see it- You will be driving it away and will not be disappointed! Thanks again Richard!
